Multiple shipping charges?
My item that I sold has already been shipped and a payout has been received. I am very puzzled as to why I have multiple charges of shipping which took out over half of the payout.

Mentor8 months agoIf you shipped out multiple items around the same time as the payout, those shipping charges would be taken out from the payout.
Go to your Seller Hub > Payments > Payout > Payout ID

If you inadvertently purchased more than one label on a transaction you can Cancel the unused label on this page: Track and manage your shipments
You have 28 days to cancel a label purchased on eBay and your account will be credited the label cost in 21 days or less.
On any transaction you can review the details by clicking the Order details link. Over on the right will be a breakdown of all costs as well as what the Buyer paid you.
