multiple shipping boxes
How can you set up your listing to ship items in more than one box? I have a listing of 8 heavy vintage glass motor oil bottles that will ship much better in two or three boxes to arrive without damage than shipping in one large box.

Mentor3 years agoeBay does not calculate shipping for multiple boxes correctly. The best thing to do is to use the calculator to find the difference between a single box of the total weight, and multiple boxes. You can use the farthest zip code, or use one an average distance from you. https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator
Put the extra cost of multiple boxes into your shipping as a handling cost, and let the system calculate the cost of the single large package.
