MULTIPLE ORDERS- ONE SIPMENT??
If the same ebay user buys three different orders from me of different products, am I allowed per their request to ship them all in one box? If so, this means all three separate orders will use the same tracking number. Does ebay allow the same tracking number to be used three times / more than once? Sounds shady as in won't get funds released because items may never show as being delivered etc etc..

·2 years agoIf your shipping preferences allow combined shipping, the buyer can request a combined shipping invoice from their shopping cart, and you can provide the adjusted shipping amount for checkout.

If you don't have that set up, you may still be able to combine all of the buyer's purchases into one label on the label printing screen.
If you don't have that option, or if you buy your label at the post office, you can still combine all items in one box, print a label for one of the items, and then manually add the tracking number to the other purchases.
If the latter two options result in a lower shipping cost that you would like to give back to the buyer, you can apply a partial refund to one or all purchases.
