I have multiple offers from the same seller. How can I accept all the offers and make one payment?

That depends on how the Seller has their account set up and whether or not they offer combined shipping, require immediate payment or not OR if you had to provide a payment method prior to sending or accepting an offer.
You might want to message the Seller and ask them how they handle multiple accepted offers with regard to combining and reducing the shipping cost.
