Multiple Offers and bids from buyers with zero feedback
I recently blocked a bidder because he or she was making multiple offers and retracting them within a few hours, plus constantly messaging me to ask if I could wait weeks for payment. I listed a similar item today, and the same thing started again, only from a buyer that had just coincidentally joined e-Bay today. I’m pretty sure it’s the same person, the wording in the delayed payment request messages was the same. Blocked this buyer. Now I have a bid from someone who’s been a member for 2 years but has zero feedback or history. I have a funky feeling about this and am tempted to pull the item from sale. Am I just being paranoid?

One thing you can do is get in contact with eBay and ask for the Trust and Safety Department. Have ALL three IDs handy and ask them if any of the accounts are "associated". That means they are from the same person or address or IP address, etc. If you blocked an ID and then that person tries using a different ID to circumvent the block is against eBay policy. Just remember, you are only asking if they are associated, NOT who the person is.
