Multiple listings for the e act same item
Is the practice of sellers to list the exact same item - photos using different seller names and sale prices allowed on eBay guidelines and policies?

Mentor3 years agoThere is no policy against different sellers selling the same kind of item.
An individual seller cannot list the same items multiple times simultaneously except once as an auction and once as a buy-it-now item.
An individual can have multiple accounts, but is not permitted to use those accounts to get around limits or restrictions.
You may be seeing different sellers all selling the same drop-shipped item from the same wholesale source, using the same catalog photos and item descriptions. That is allowed, provided each seller abides by eBay's drop-shipping rules.
