Multiple item listing, accidentally sent more than buyer paid for
I had a listing for two item and a buyer bought and paid for one.
My husband and I miscommunicated and he packaged up both and sent both to the buyer.
I just discovered this error when another buyer inquired about the one left in the listing and I asked my husband if he had a box for it.
My question is: since the buyer of the first order, got two items and never contacted me about this error, do I have any steps that I can take to retrieve the item or payment for it if he’d like to keep it?

Mentor2 years agoNo. You gave the item away - you can not force him to return it or pay for it.
You can admit your mistake to him and ask if he would pay for it.
In the meantime, end the listing so no one buys it and you have to cancel as out of stock.
