Check your account details closely for any changes -- particularly your contact information and shipping addresses. Check to make sure any addresses you do not recognize are removed, and that the correct address is specified as your Primary Shipping Address.
If any information in your account has been changed without your permission, change your eBay password immediately and contact eBay through this page:
