Multiple buyers message me stating they have to pay extra shipping costs on arrival?
I am using the auto-calculate shipping cost eBay provides for Buyer Pays Shipping - I am using the EXACT dimensions the bubble mailer has written on it - and I weigh the item and packaging for accuracy.
I KNOW the package dimensions, weight, and shipping service are exact and I made no mistakes. Yet I have received multiple messages from buyers saying they had to pay extra postage on top of the s&h fee.
Are they just trying to scam me, or have I overlooked something somehow? I'm very confused about this.

That sounds frustrating.
1) Are you using a Priority Mail Flat Rate bubble mailer from USPS? If so, you need to pay Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping, not Ground Advantage
2) Are you shipping using 'Media Mail'? Video games can't be shipped via media mail.
