I am helping a friend that is very busy run their eBay store and have posted ten items. My friend called happy to see that one of the items I listed had a bid. I got on to the seller hub and there is no notification about a bid for that item. They checked the permissions listed and everything is correct for me to run the account. They can see that the item has a bid, but I cannot. Is there a specific permission that they need to allow for me to see when items have a bid or when an offer has been made?
