Mentor2 years ago@shellyjustice Can you please tell me what is wrong with your order and I can tell you what you need to do next. There is really not a need to contact CS for most order issues.
You can file a refund request if the item is not as described within 30 days of delivery. AND a not received refund request when the item is at least one day late arriving according to the estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You have 30 days from the LAST estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request.
