Have big problem with ebay. I was 20 years good ebay customer with score 1240. I was living in Dubai UAE for business work, and was making my selling activity from Dubai. I moved to Europe half year ago. Ebay restricted my seller account, because only way to get my payouts was Payoneer when I was in Dubai. After relocation, payoneer closed my account, because Im not UAE resident any more. There was some 9$ outstanding fees what was from my selling activity in Dubai. I getting emails now from ebay that I have to pay that 9$ fee, but only payment option is bank card. I dont have anymore United Arab Emirates bank card, ant ebay do not accept any other country bank cards. Need advice how to pay this 9$ fee to ebay? attaching email from ebay:
