Move & freight ship machine from basement workshop residential to residential

Hello,
I need a quote to ship a Clausing drill press from a residential workshop upstairs to the driveway. Placed on a lift gate into a truck to ship to another residential address.
I called 10 freight companies but they only ship commercial to commercial or commercial to residential not residential to residential or will mot ho inside a home to move machines.
Machinists told me that the drill press is easy to to take apart then carry up steps in pieces but I need riggers to do it.
Do you know riggers who can move the machine out of my dad’s basement workshop to ship it?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may need to be calling moving companies and not trucking companies. Try making a web search for residential to residential trucking companies and see what comes up in your area. This will usually show both trucking and moving companies.
