Most of Purchase history is gone.
2022 shows no history purchases, and most of 2023 is gone. 2021 looks thin also. Problem is with eBay. Would be nice to contact them directly!

Mentor3 years agoIf transactions are missing because you made the purchases using another eBay account, sign in to that account to deal with those transactions.
If they are missing because you purchased as a guest, use the emails eBay sent regarding those purchases to handle any further actions regarding them.
If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account within the last two and a half years, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword to see if you can find those missing transactions. Sometimes that can locate transactions that do not appear when viewing the entire year.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue, or another page like your Summary page to rule out a page display issue. Or try viewing Purchases using the eBay app.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
