YES.
Since you listed your items for sale in auction format, bidders can bid on your item and you sell to the highest bidder at the end of auction.
Always start your bidding/minimum bid price at the LEAST amount you want in order to sell your item.
If your auctions have not received any bids yet, you can revise the starting/minimum price.
