Normally by this time we should have received our monthly statement for the previous month. As yet we have not and it appears to be late. We need it to rectify our records

You can always run your own reports anytime you want to. You don't need to wait on Ebay for the Monthly Statement which isn't even complete since it doesn't tell you how much your FVFs were for the period.

To find your eBay statements in Seller Hub, you can:

Go to the Payments tab in Seller Hub.
From the menu on the left, select Reports.
Select Statements from the download section.
Select Download next to the statement you want to download
Select Summary or Full statement
