Monthly 250 free listing

I am trying to find information on if I have a free 250 listings every month OR if it is minus what I carry over from the previous month.

You get 250 listings each month.

However, any good until cancelled "buy it now" listings that relist after 30 days will count against your 250.

So, you need to consider your current listings that might relist in the new month.

For example, I have 100 listings that relist each month against those 250 listings. So in reality, I only have 150 new listings that I can create this month.

The total includes the ones that carry over from the previous month. If you need to, you can end a listing and put up a new listing. That allows you to rotate items.
