Money Source for Shipping Labels

For some reason after a year or longer of my shipping labels being paid for by my funds available it has started pulling from my paypal account that is not even on my Ebay account anywhere. I have funds available, so that is not the problem. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it? Thank you

Next label purchase, scroll down to â€˜how to payâ€™ and select â€˜your fundsâ€™.

No one knows what gremlins change it from time to time, but if you change it back it should stay there. At least for a while ðŸ˜
