Anybody know why the amount of money sent was $20 less than what shows here? It shows $217 was my earnings but eBay only sent $197?

Go to your payment account and click on the payout to see the buyer's payment and other deductions. You may be seeing the shipping for newer sales deducted from that payout - shipping is always paid from available funds.
