@dryophelia makes a good point. A better choice would be a cashier's check from your bank. Message the seller and ask if he's OK with that, or does he really want 10 $1,000 money orders?
Seller has listed in eBay posting that only acceptable payment is money order, eBay says that is an acceptable method of payment, but I’m wondering if I’m still covered by eBay 100 thousand guarantee
vehicle needs to be shipped but all transactions are to be done outside of eBay lm wondering if I’m still covered since I’m dealing with seller & not eBay I thought all transactions had to go through eBay, eBay 100thousand guarantee says some sellers can request money order
You should be covered as described in the vehicle protection plan section - the protection seal shows on the listing for the Jeep.
I don't know how you exchange a money order for the title when shipping. I think you have to contact the seller and work out details acceptable to you both.
-Paying with a money order is like paying with cash and done outside eBay so you will NOT be protected
-I will lay you odds that the item has a Seller does not accept returns return policy on it ... avoid these. While returns are actually possible with that setting they have to be for specific reasons. But if you pay cash or with a money order then NO returns through eBay and no MBG
-Sellers who offer Local pick up can accept cash and other forms of payment but if the item is to be shipped those do not apply
-WHO at eBay said you can pay with a money order???
I saw on eBay payment methods that sometimes a money order is acceptable

My apologies, my replies were for general merchandise not aBey motor purchases since the type of item was never mentioned. We have no access to accounts here so the more you post the more accurate replies can be for you.

You may not be able to get a $10k+ money order. It may be limited to $1000 per money order.

I didn't think about a vehicle. A money order is OK then. Vehicles have a different protection program. Read about it here -
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/getting-started-ebay/buying-vehicles-parts-accessories?id=4639&st=3&pos=2&query=Buying%20vehicles%2C%20parts%2C%20and%20accessories&intent=vehicle%20protection&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1346
Generally you exchange the payment for the vehicle title. Are you picking up the vehicle? I see local pickup only in the shipping info.

You can not pay with a money order on eBay. The only exception might be for a local pickup item - even then, the seller would proably prefer cash.
