Money on Hold - bad tracking
I am the buyer. I received the item that I paid for. The tracking info on the item still says it's delayed so eBay is holding funds for the seller. Seller is asking for help. I even left positive feedback. How do I rectify this for the seller?

Mentor1 year agoYou don't. If the seller is new, or an infrequent seller, ebay will place a hold on the payout until tracking shows Delivered to you. You could click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's web site. Once there, look for the link to enter your email address to receive updates. That will usually help to get the Delivered status.
