Money on hold
I sold an item and they received it a couple days ago and the money for me is still on hold what do I do. The customer even says he received it and did everything he supposed to do. Need help

Payments are not always released at delivery - payments for new sellers are usually held at least 14-21 days.
You should be able to see the expected release date in your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
