Money on Hold
I sold 2 football tickets. The buyer sent the money for the tickets. I then email the tickets to the buyer. The money is on hold. I need the buyer to confirm he received the tickets. I have emailed him several times without a response back. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoAs a new seller, you are subject to payment holds which can be up to 30 days. Read here:

If you didn't use eBay shipping, did you post the tracking number to the order details? If not, do that ASAP so eBay knows the item was delivered. That may speed things up.
