money on hold
we have sent a coat to a buyer in japan. he has placed a return request whilst it is still in transit. he says he will cancel the request once it arrives. in the meantime our funds are on hold. this cannot be acceptable, would you agree?

·3 years agoYou really don't have many options. eBay will release the funds when the buyer closes the case or tracking shows delivery. If he opens a Return Request, let's hope he is honest about the reason.
