Money not refunded for items not delivered
seller delivered Items to the wrong state after 3 delays. I requested a refund. He claimed he sent another package. 2 days later, Notification of delivered. UPS said the UPS tracking no was Amazon. Amazon said the seller must provide Amazon order no. Seller never responded. Agents assured me I would be refunded my money. eBay sided with seller immediately after the 3 day wait period.
I don't believe seller ordered from amazon at all, ..and which is a violation of Ebay Policy to order from another source to fullfill an order from Ebay. I have no idea where he got the tracking no.
I believe the seller is a scammer. And his reviews are not 100% positive as claimed.
He saysnot keeping my money would be unfair.

OP1 year agoYes, thank you, Wooden Flower, I did that, but before they could investigate, Marco from customer service got it resolved, somehow, and I got a refund in 5 days.
Not only was I relieved to get my refund, but I was thrilled that a scammer did not get to profit at my expense.
It took almost a month to resolve the worst buying experience of my life, and I swore I would never buy from EBAY again.
But, here I am, attempting to buy old auto repair manuals that are difficult to find.

Contact your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received. Explain that the tracking provided is fraudulent - it does not show delivery to your location.
