Money never recieved
Hi so I bought something to test out if a prepaid mastercard gift card would work on ebay, completely expecting it not to work. When it went through, i had to ask for a refund, which I received. The thing is, it was just charged as an expired hold on my card, i contacted BlackHawk gift card thing, and they told me to attempt to resolve this issue with ebay. Any help is appreciated.
