The funds should be in your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
Payments for new sellers are held until delivery or longer - 14-21 days is not unusual. You should see the expected release date for each payment in your payment account.

OP2 years agoStill not seeing ALL of the money from sold items. Is there a customer service phone number?

Before you try customer service, you should figure out what you think is missing. Open each payment record to see the payment from the buyer and the fees that eBay deducted. Click the arrow where it says fees based on to see the details of the payment - item shipping and tax.
You need to be able to ask a specific question. If you only say something is missing, they will not know how to help you.
