Money Got Ripped Off By Vendor
I bought a Body Health Perfect Aminos 600 count tablets container from a vendor. The item was "shipped to the wrong zip code" when I checked the tracking saying it was "delivered." I sent a message to the vendor. I got a response that they are looking into the tracking and postal service delivery. I tried calling eBay customer service multiple times and I keep getting a recording that says my call is outside their business hours. I checked the vendor for an update, but there is a message that they have been suspended or terminated, so I got took for over $100.00 by the vendor. I think the error shipping zip code was a ploy and the response from the vendor as well. I just got ripped off. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had their money taken.
What can I do to get back my money? There has to be some kind of way to get reimbursed for being taken by a dishonest vendor. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Mentor5 months ago@yukon3710 That sounds VERY frustrating. There's no current phone number to call eBay that is why you keep getting that recording.
1) First, call the postal carrier to see if the tracking number label had your name and address on it.
a) If your name and correct address were on the label, ask the postal carrier to review the GPS on the delivery, retrieve the item from the wrong house, and deliver it to you.
b) If your name and address weren't on that label, ask the postal carrier if they will put this in writing. Also, ask for the weight of the package using that tracking number. Follow the rest of the steps here:

3) Finally, contact Customer Service and inform them that the seller uploaded a "false tracking number" on your purchase. Request a refund.

Just send a private message to the page. Explain you have a fake or false tracking number situation.
If the above steps do not result in a refund then you will have to pursue a chargeback with your funding source ( bank, credit card, etc) . Once you ask your funding source to step in eBay can no longer assist you.
