Money didn't really refunded
Seller March -dent cancelled one of my items bought on ebay after asking me he would take to much time to be delivered in USA from China. And eigh days after he didn't refunded me. I contacted my bank account, no refunds, on ebay I see that I was totally refunded. What can I do please?

Mentor2 years agoRefunds go back to the funding source. If that was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle to show up on your bank statement.
