I don't know if it's even possible to freeze a money card. But if it is possible, the scammer knows that far better than I do, and he drains that card immediately upon receiving the redemption code. I think you're just out of luck. This education cost you $200 tuition ... but it could have been worse. Sorry about that.

·3 years agoSorry, if you gave out the card numbers, the money was spent as soon as they received them.

Mentor3 years agoYou can speak to customer service, but you should expect that the money is already spent and can not be recovered. Scammers use the cards immediately.
