An Item I shipped was not delivered to the buyer by the United States Postal Service. How do I get reimbursed for my lost card?

OP3 years agoThank you for responding to my question so quickly. The sports card was sent via eBay Envelope and is covered up to $20. I was finally able to locate the button to submit a claim.

The Ebay Money Back Guarantee applies to buyers, not sellers.
Was the shipment insured?
