I purchase this item and want to return it because it is not the right Product. The return address is in Chinese, and I need it in English to successfully return this item. The seller hasn’t replied to my message. I need my money back asap.

If you received something that is not as shown in the listing and it was delivered 30 days or less ago, you would need to open an Item Not as Described return request on eBay.
The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a refund or send you the funds to purchase a return label. That is normally done via PayPal.
If the Seller does not respond on time, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Don't let the Seller convince you to close your request.
But you need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
