Money Back Guarantee

Question

I purchased Item 396777084493 from Printertoner_world. The seller stated the ink cartridges work work in an Epson WF-3820. The printer would not accept them. I contacted seller via Ebay email over 7 days ago. No reply. I've attempted to complete an Ebay Money Back Guarantee without any success. How does one get to completed the request form and/or get Ebay to respond to my need of assistance? The automated Ebay system has not been helpful.

Here’s the process for requesting a return for a refund:

* Open a return request from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.

* IF the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days … THEN return to your open return request on Day 4, and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments write cartridge does not fit specified model.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
