I thought I purchased 4 silver eagle coins. What I received was 4 counterfeit silver eagle coins. The seller is gone. By this I mean the link is dead. Obviously I made a mistake, but I see no easy way to contact anyone at Ebay to implement the money back guarantee. Can anyone advise me of the proper proceedure?

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
