In order to sell on Ebay, sellers need to know all the terms of Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
If the item is not received by the buyer, or if the item does not match description, defective, damaged, wrong item, the buyer is covered by the Money Back Guarantee.
If you have had to refund as much as you have made, then you may need to review your selling practices.
