Money back for refunded order
So long story short I refunded a buyer who said they didn’t receive an order they bought on Oct3. They even told me it could me the post office fault since a few people haven’t received their packages. I said “no problem and refunded her $50. On Nov17 I got a notification that said the item was DELIVERED. So I’m thinking “ok since they got the item I should at least get my money back cuz now they basically just got it for free. I assume she already opened the item but I message her anyways asking if she could return the item since she was refunded. What should I do?
