I’m new to eBay , and sold three items to one person. After they paid they asked if I would combine shipping . I didn’t know how so I used pay pal to return some of their money. I printed all three shipping labels , but only used one to ship the items all together. The buyer received their items , but now eBay does to ow that all three were delivered, just the one items shipping label that I used . How do I get my money for the other two items.

1) NEVER, ever refund with an off-eBay source
2) Cancel the extra unused labels to get a refund for the unused labels.
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

3) Then you may need to mark the 2 orders as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here:

If you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.)
4) You will get paid even without tracking, it just will take time - 30+ days.
For the Future
- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.
Put a check mark to the left of your items on this page

Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.
Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.
To send a refund:
1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
