Mold contamination, can't open the case

Question

I received the item physically, but the tracking status has been stuck on â€œOut for deliveryâ€. Because of this, I cannot open an â€œItem not as describedâ€ case.

The item has visible mold contamination and presents a health hazard. I coughed for over an hour after inhaling the contents of the box, and now exposed areas of my body - my face, neck, and upper chest - are itchy.

Please update the delivery status or open the case manually.

You can still file a Return Request. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
