ModernCoinMart and Pinehurst same company delays
I have purchased and paid for two items from each of these sellers. The items were both the same and sellers both had them priced the same. I purchased two from each of these sellers. This was purchased and paid for on January 2nd, 2026, with delivery by Jan 13th, 2026. I had not received anything from them, no tracking number, no follow up, except for an automated message stating they would get back to me working 24-48 hours. The weird thing is this,… both of these companies automated messages used the exact same wording. I have followed up with messages and informing them I have not received my item as agreed upon in the purchase. I have since received a message stating there is a tracking number for each of these orders, but they have merely created the labels, and have not dropped off my items to the carrier for shipment. Both say label created but not yet arrived. And BOTH are coming from the same city, Pinehurst, NC.
They both still have this item listed for sale, but for more money now. Even though they have yet to send my purchase out. It seems as though they do not have the items they have listed for sale, but still collecting money from buyers. Is this a scam? I still want my order of coins that was purchased from both of these sellers. Can someone help me settle this matter to my advantage? I do not want a refund, I want the items that were purchased. I don’t want excuses that there was a listing error, or have my order cancelled as recently seen now in some of their feedback ratings. If they do not have them, they should purchase them at whatever price, take the hit, and honor their listing contract, the advertisement on delivery date, without giving an excuse. This is just good business. If they are selling things they do not have, collecting money, and cancelling transaction, that is not good business and needs to be addressed.

eBay has no way for forcing a seller to ship an item if they do not want to.
The best thing you can do is to file Item Not Received disputes for the items.
Go to your purchase history under each of the items click on the More actions button select return item from the menu, which will open another menu, select I haven't received it and follow through to file the disputes. The sellers will have 3 days to prove the items have actually shipped, or to issue refunds.
If there is no response or proof of shipment/delivery, on day four open the disputes and click on the ask ebay to step in button. Refunds will be issued from the sellers accounts.

In the mean time I would leave factual feedback for the sellers stating what has happened. Do not call them names, or mention having to contact ebay.
