Summary: sinelmolimas-0 is seeking advice on how to get eBay to manually review a situation involving a seller. The seller had agreed to resend an item to Italy and sinelmolimas-0 agreed to pay the additional shipping cost. However, after the item was returned to the seller, sinelmolimas-0 has been unable to get a response on how to proceed with the payment, and the Money Back Guarantee period has expired during this time.

For clarification, I am attaching a screenshot of the conversation with the seller (the seller's identity has been removed in accordance with the eBay Community Guidelines).
As shown in the message, the seller agreed to resend the item to my address in Italy after receiving the returned shipment. I also agreed to pay the additional shipping cost of €58.
After DHL confirmed that the returned shipment had been delivered back to the seller on 10 August 2026, I sent several follow-up messages asking how to pay the additional shipping cost. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
I would appreciate any advice on how I can ask eBay to review this situation manually, since the Money Back Guarantee period expired while the package was still being returned.
