Mobile app no longer does notifications

Question

My mobile ebay app no longer gives any notifications. I go into settings --> push notifications and the screen says "something went wrong"

Not sure if related but i recently changed my username.

I have tried to clear cache and sign off back on. Did not help.

Any ideas?

If you are not getting notifications, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to enable notifications and to allow both photo and camera access.
