Mixed up return

Question

Hello,

I accidentally clicked return on an item I did not want to return before the Easter weekend. I thought it was an item I did want to return so an item I wanted to return is now headed to a seller whose item I want to keep. I cannot reach the seller because when I send a message trying to explain it is marked as a cancel order request which doesnâ€™t make sense. USPS package intercept is not eligible for the item on its way back. I cannot reach a live human through eBay to help me sort this out.
