Mixed up package delivery
I mixed up my packages when I sold a cpl of items. I’ve already contacted both buyers. How do you correct the mistake to ensure the buyers get the original orders.

When it happened to me I had both Buyers ship the items back to me and I refunded their out of pocket shipping cost from their purchase. I inspected the items once I received them and then paid to ship them to their rightful owners. It was my mistake, I owned it and made sure they got what they originally purchase shipped to them in the condition it was purchased in. Any losses because of this approach were mine to carry.
