Mixed up package
I mailed a package of books that someone purchased. However, I accidentally mailed the wrong books. I tried to contact ebay and I messaged the buyer but I couldn't figure out how to talk to an agent and the buyer hasn't responded. What do you recommend?

Mentor2 years agoWait till buyer responds or opens the Return Request for the wrong item. You then approve the return and ebay will send them a return label. When you get them back, send out the correct books.
