Mixed up labels
Three items neighbors got mixed up and sent to wrong address it. To have been delivered. One is in international delivering to Canada The receipt they will be getting the wrong item. One of the best way to resolve?

Mentor2 years ago@wbg-231 The one sent using eBay International Shipping to Canada will be covered by eBay. Advise the buyer to file a not as described refund request.... doesn't match pictures or description. eBay refunds the buyer you keep the sale.
On the other two I am guessing they are domestic?
The buyers need to file wrong item return requests. You approve the return label> buyer ships item back> you refund> then relist once you get the item back from the other buyer and they can buy again.
I made the same mistake with mixed up 2 labels when I first started selling, I am sure that many sellers have. My advice is to write what the item is on the box AND write the buyers name on the box too before you put the label on.
