Mixed up 3 labels on my packages
1 buyer opened a return and I sent a return label for the item. Another buyer with wrong item has received an item that had highest shipping cost and the correct item shipping cost is about a third of item I need shipped back. How do I avoid paying all the excess shipping for incorrect item and then paying it again to send out correct item to its buyer?
