Mixed items in listing with variations
Hello!
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? I list items for sale with variations—for example, in different sizes, colors, etc.—but after some time passes, when a buyer places an order, I discover that the specific variation they selected is no longer in stock, or perhaps was never available in the first place. Upon subsequently checking the entire listing, I find that all the variations have somehow gotten mixed up with one another. This has never happened before, but now the issue has affected four of my listings—both older ones and those created recently. I suspect this is some kind of technical glitch on eBay's end. I haven't been able to get a clear explanation from eBay regarding exactly how this is happening; they merely promised to remove any negative feedback should I receive any. If anyone knows the cause of this glitch and how to prevent it from recurring in the future, please let me know. By the way, I do not have another account on any other selling platform. Thank you!
