Mix up on international shipping
I sold two items. One shipped internationally, one shipped to the United States. I mixed the labels up and sent them to the wrong person. I do not know how to print return labels and send them to the buyers. It isn’t the same process as if I mixed up two items shipped in the United States.
I can’t even get through the automatic help as it sends me on a wild goose chase and doesn’t help. I haven’t been able to get the ai chat to work. First time in 28 years I’ve been selling I messed up this big.
I call eBay and can’t get them to even transfer me past the first initial recording.
