Misuse of images and products

We have recently started to boost our international sales on Ebaymag. Unfortunately, we have discovered on the international sites that other sellers are using our pictures and our names to sell products. How can we stop this?

You cannot. By listing, you are agreeing that others may use your photos and descriptions.

This used to be against policy, but eBay changed that a few years back.
