Misuse of English
For some reason Ebay consistently misuses the word sandstone when describing a high-fired ceramic body. What Ebay means is stoneware. Sandstone is not pottery, but a sedimentary rcok. What concerns me is that I and others may be missing ceramics which we are looking for if we use the correct term.

Mentor1 year ago@pra3 The problem is the SELLERS are the ones that are responsible for making sure that their listings are correct. eBay's AI may suggest something but we have to correct it.
I understand how frustrating this is for you. Sellers should realize that they are missing out on sales. I think it comes back to " know what you sell and sell what you know". The sellers with the incorrect listings are just not aware of the correct terminology.
